Paladin works with clients on all aspects of a project, from budget estimates, hazardous material abatement strategies and dismantling, demolition and salvage planning to execution and completion. We work with only the most experienced subcontractors to complement our own forces and bring every project to completion safely, on time and on budget.
Reporting
Client input is encouraged at every stage, from initial budget development to detailed scheduling and manpower allocations. We provide open book documentation on all major projects and provide daily cost schedules and bi-weekly budget updates and monthly project management reports. At the completion of the project, a closeout report is provided that includes all safety documentation and daily job reports. A reconciliation is also provided to identify the complete scope of work for comparison of budget estimates to actual costs.
Safety is Key
Safety is a top priority at Paladin Services Inc. Mandatory daily toolbox meetings are attended by all workers throughout each project, and job site inspection reports from Alberta Workplace Health & Safety are provided, along with any requirements for follow-up information, including all governmental submittals and waste manifests documents.
