Paladin Services Inc. is committed to safety at every level, starting at the top. Our management team holds key certification in safety procedures and undergoes continual training to remain at the forefront of safety awareness. The training of Paladin’s field supervisors and project personnel meets or exceeds safety requirements at all levels.
Paladin’s commitment to continual safety is an integral part of our business success. Every project begins with a pre-planning stage to identify any safety concerns. Abatement strategies are then designed to address those issues and minimize risk, ensuring a successful and safe project. Daily Tool Box Safety Meetings maintain a proactive, safety first approach on all projects, and by keeping all crew members involved and encouraging their input, hazard assessments are reviewed and dealt with on a continual basis.

- HSE Canadian Registries (Comply)
We are also an active member of the Alberta Construction Safety Association, and maintain COR—Certificate of Recognition.
In order to promote accountability, Paladin also participates in the Peer Auditor program, performing peer audits for other ASCA companies.
